The hotel is modern and spotlessly clean. The staff is attentive from the door man to the maids. The rooms have 2 beds. The breakfast is nice, hot, and appetizing with plenty of options. The location is perfect and amazing, very close to the Boch Center and the Theatre District. The check-in process is friendly.

The cooling/heating timetable controls to adjust to local weather - my room was cooler than I like. Adjustment was readily accommodated by a space heater. I would have liked a restaurant for the return at end of day. One uniformed doorman was not particularly personable with lack of greeting or eye contact.

Extremely over-priced but every hotel was taking advantage of the parent's weekend and the head of the Charles race. Does not engender good will in the gouged. Hat's off to the staff and overall courtesy

Way over-priced

The food was good and the bar was great. the employees were extremely helpful and amazingly attentive. the hotel was centrally located near Wang Theatre and there were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.

The room was of high quality, cozy, and the beds were comfortable, plus the service included a convenient airport shuttle.

Location to the wedding we were attending. Valet was excellent, recommended a bar for a drink - next door. Maid greeted us in the morning - very pleasant.

Bed was too soft...No bar available until 5 and then no bar at 10:30 PM - on a Sat night.

The location here is great, just a short walk from a nice public park, the staff are exceptional and friendly, and the facilities are modern.

Great location that's close to everything you need. The room is budget-friendly, with double beds, a dresser, and a not-so-great view of the rooftop. 🏙️

Doormen were unfriendly .... Not a welcoming feeling to your hotel .... We visited our children at the Lenox and it was much friendlier

Amazing central location, close to excellent restaurants nearby. Very convenient to Charles Playhouse. Well-appointed room with friendly check-in and great beds. Bright bathroom and bathtubs with good drainage.

Thank you very much for a wonderful stay. The king room with a dresser and a spacious closet was ready upon check-in. The location near Chinatown Gate was perfect, and the restaurant served good food.

The bed was so comfortable! And the location was ideal since we were seeing a show at the Wang theater which was right across the street. It was also walking distance to various dining options- bars, take out, and restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
